NCTX Aerial Robotics Initiative

     Daphne Kent was Executive Director of CTE for Fort Worth ISD where she served as the Lead of the NCTX Aerial Robotics Team since its inception six years ago. Daphne  has experience at the secondary level and 4 years of experience at the post-secondary level. Throughout her tenure in education, Daphne has worked to build programs that provide real-world learning opportunities for all students.

​     In September of 2023, Daphne began her role as President and CEO of InterLink, an organization committed to regional quality workforce planning and bridging the gap between business, education, and government in North Central Texas. InterLink served as NCTX Aerial Robotics Intermediary and Convener for five years, and currently InterLink is the Regional Convener for Greater Dallas Workforce Development Area. Daphne leads as a motivated, results-oriented collaborator, who has helped to assure unprecedented growth and success of the NCTX Aerial Robotics initiative.

     Linda's career in education with both K12 and university experience, has modeled the importance of partnerships between business and education. Since joining NCTX Aerial Robotics in 2019, Linda has played a role in the ongoing collaboration among K12, post-secondary, and business/industry/workforce partners. Her passion for the work is evident in the momentum and growth of the initiative over the past 6 years.

     Lisa Harrison is the CEO and Founder of LMH Educational Services and a longtime partner and advocate of InterLink, supporting regional collaboration between education, workforce, and industry leaders across North Texas. With more than 20 years of experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE) leadership, Lisa specializes in developing programs and partnerships that align classroom instruction with high-demand occupations and emerging industries.

​     Before founding LMH Educational Services, Lisa served as Administrator/Coach for College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) and CTE at Region 11 Education Service Center, where she supported more than 100 districts and charters in strengthening pathways and Perkins grant implementation. Her work with InterLink and multiple Texas Workforce Boards has focused on connecting data-driven insights to real-world program development and regional workforce priorities. 

     Lisa holds a Master's in Educational Leadership, a Principal certification, and multiple Texas educator certifications. She remains dedicated to advancing equitable access to career-connected learning and ensuring that all students are prepared for success in a rapidly changing economy.
